We spent years inside high-growth software companies — building the operational systems that let them scale. Jim was instrumental in building go-to-market operations at LeanIX through its $1.3B acquisition by SAP. Keenan designed automation systems at Aloha that helped scale the healthcare AI platform to $30M ARR.

When we looked at the automation market for service businesses, we found the same pattern everywhere: agencies reselling GoHighLevel with a logo swap and calling it custom. No real engineering. No operational experience. No accountability for whether the system actually worked after the invoice cleared.
